Diet is one’s form of choosing how to eat. When I travel to foreign countries there are three things, I always make sure I do.
- Make sure the Hotel and/or area you will be staying at has options for healthy eating. If the restaurants don’t offer good quality food, then they don’t deserve your money.
- Never let yourself get hungry. By always keeping a snack with me keeps from making mistakes when ordering out.
- Enjoy your meal! The whole point of traveling is to experience new flavors from different cultures. Look for the typical dishes and work yourself around that dish to balance a healthy meal.
